Salsa Con Fuego in Bronx

This establishment has been sending me text spam for over 5 years from different phone numbers. Each time I block the number, a couple days later they text from another number inviting me to some event. I have no idea how to get them to stop or how they even found my number in the first place. I encourage everyone to not support a restaurant that uses practices like this.

Great ambience. Great DJ. Great food. Excellent drinks! The frozen drinks are as strong as the ones at Wet Willie's in Miami (for those who have ever been). Definitely going back!

Horrible experience. Went there to celebrate my sister's birthday and it was a disappointment. The place is not bad, but It gets packed by 9pm. The staff are so freaking RUDE! Also drinks are over priced. It's called salsa con fuego, and i never heard a salsa song, while i was there for 2 hrs. Haha. Staff need to be better trained, if they want better tips sorry...

Salsa con fuego is a better place to go to for dinner and bottle service than just dancing. The bar was only staffed with one or two bartenders on a busy night, and many people waited a long time for their drinks. The place had more bottle service girls than they did bartenders just so you can see where their priorities are at. I ending up going next door to BBQs just to buy a drink. The DJ was awesome and the music was good, although they did not play any salsa while I was there!!! Definitely a better place to have a group dinner with bottle service than to just grab drinks and dance. P.S. I cannot comment on the food as I did not eat there!

This place is amazing and our server Fernando was the sweetest and kindest! He kept coming back to check on us to make sure we were okay and were enjoying ourselves. The atmosphere was so nice and so was the music and the colorful lights!!! The food was amazing please try the lobster Mac and cheese and the BBQ wings!! It was awesome. We came from Atlanta and when we visit again we will definitely stop by!

This place is always great to come to. Can have a fun and chill time with friends and family. I’ve only come here during “club” hours. The atmosphere is great, DJ is on point with music playing all genres so no one gets left out. I personally like coming here when they don’t have a special guess as when they do it can get super packed. Overall you’ll have a great time.

Such a cool atmosphere & the Comedy that night had me dying!!!! The food was yummy, bathroom was clean & host was cute too #Win.

This spot is different from all the other spots because they invite different types of celebrities to spend the night with you guys Thursday nights only always has started great music food very decent always great DJs

Had a great time however, if your not there by 6 or 7pm you will be waiting on a long line to get in on thursday after work party. Be prepared to be searched...they search you like your going to visit someone in prison. I guess it's a good hing. Food was great..drinks was good...over all..I give them a 5 star

Cheap drinks, good music. My issue with this place is that all of their cocktails have a mixture of 3+ spirits - the perfect formula for a hangover. Additionally, the beer selection can be counted on one hand, if you can get past the aforementioned the place is fun.

This waiter was very rude, nasty attitudes, food was ok won't be going back again! Didn't really like the host! Loved the DJ's Mikeneezy& Mr. Cee!

Salsa always has good music and food. They should get friendlier staff... once they do that this place would be perfect

Food is amazing. The salmon was melt in your mouth and so was the skirt steak. Customer service was lacking. Had to ask for water...well after already having food and drinks and usually that's a given when you and your friends spent well over $400 in drinks and food. Also food was served with no cutlery so had to ask for that as well. Wish service was better to give 5 stars but overall I would return for the food.

We went to celebrate the new year with family & friends as a group, and got a section. We were all having fun the entire night, and these girls continuously continued to shove into us, grabbing onto seats to dance on men. We kindly asked them to stop, then they continued, and we were able to get security attention. The security kept coming & going, not doing a thing over the situation. One of the many men the women were dancing on decided to start an altercation, and we ended up getting kicked out... 7 bottles in and also lots of hookah. This man bought drinks from a bar and was kept inside, along with the women. I recommend you search elsewhere to spend your time. This was a waste of money, and time. Not to mention the fact that the security men dragged me when I did not get physical with nobody. Never again.

There is a dress code on weekdays, that isnt posted on the website. $360 Nike air max not allowed but 40 Van's and uggs boots are allowed for lady's. That's a little weird. Please post your dress code on your website for your potential patrons.

Location is great! You can drive and valet park or take a Lyft which is only $15 -$22 depending on travel from Westchester County. The drinks were great. The food was fantastic. Are waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable of the drinks and dishes. After you have an enjoyable diner with friends and family you enjoy some wonderful music and dancing .

Food and Drinks are good considering I only drink Shirley Temple and Sea Breeze. Reason for the star loss is that during HAPPY HOUR Non-Alcoholic drinks are not included??? Go figure! Other than that music and atmosphere is great

Had a great time here celebrating my sister's birthday. They have 2 for 1 drink specials but u can't mix and match drinks. The empanadas we ordered were all great except the chicken. Had a much better time then I did on my birthday when the waiter decided to keep my $17 change to himself.

First time at salsa con fuego and I wished my experienced was better. However, the food was really good and our server was pleasant. I made a reservation for 8 people to celebrate my friends birthday. We were seated one hour after but the worse part is that the hosted (the shortest girl at the front) had a terrible attitude and just wouldn’t communicate with us. She was probably tired of everyone or maybe had a long day, but that is not an excuse to be rude. She kept giving me attitude every-time I asked her a question. At one point one of the friends went over to ask her for an estimate of when the table was going to be ready and she literally ignored him. He was in front of her face and she acted like no one was there, not a customer service I appreciate. I don’t recommend salsa con fuego if you’re going to celebrate birthdays. Maybe for lunch or brunch the experience is better if you don’t have to wait and deal with the rude hosted with poor communication.

Great ambience - group friendly. Always have great music during the night. Honestly say I have never tried the food.

Amazing service. The bartender Janette she's amazing. Her customer service and her drinks are excellent. Very calm environment with amazing atmosphere. Food is amazing and very well served. Very highly recommend restaurant.

The hottest spot in the Bronx. Food and drinks are amazing and the manager Henry is the sweetest. As my first visit I wasn’t aware the dining area turned into a dancing floor and unfortunately my food was thrown away but he order a round of drinks for my friends and I and continued to check up on us through out the night. I’ll definitely be coming back and will be my spot to eat good food and dance til my legs fall off.

Myself and 2 friends went on Saturday night to celebrate a birthday. We had dinner and stayed to party after. I had a critique about the size or my Mofongo entree (still tasty) and let a manager (Omar) know. Omar definitely made up for it and made sure we were taken care of for the rest of the night. Great service from all of the staff members we encountered and the DJ was 🔥. Danced all night.

Came here for a friends birthday. The food and server were good. Our server Ismael came over right away and took our drink orders. I would definitely revisit.

The food gave me a stomach ache for days ... hate the fact how the servers be watching you eat so when you place your fork down they come and wheel the table away almost like a hist ... the dance floor area is about the size of an average living room... alex sensation 👎 could've done better Cant wait to go again it was fun!

Service and food was good. Caters to a younger crowd. Music could have been a little lower so you could talk to each other.

The drinks didn't sit well with me, cheap liquor but, they make them taste delicious and the food was also very good.

Went for a staff get together. The place was really nice and the DJ had good music playing. Their appetizers just tasted like oil in my mouth.... but I was impressed by their entrees. It was pretty good! The biggest downside was that their drinks were way too overpriced and their "well" drinks were the cheapest drinks you can think of.... actually I've never even heard of the brands.... 🙄

I came here a while back and had a great time. Everyone was really chill and the bathroom was clean. The only issue was the hookah being way too expensive and refills are $20 I can get a hookah, flavor, 2 cueros, and a back massage for $20 anywhere else. Bring that cost down fam

Great place to chill and eat oh and drink!! Took my husband for his birthday with some other family members. Had a great time and didn't leave broke...great atmosphere!

Saw DL HUGLEY with my brother. Place was lit. Good food. Had to park a mile away up a hill. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves. Ambiance was classy and comfortable.

Natalie was a great host. She made my group feel very comfortable and gave us great suggestion on food and drinks since it was our first time here. The night was great. Good music and good and drinks

Music is great. Loud and gets super packed. Its awesome watching everyone have fun..other then drinks spilled all over the floors and people starting trouble here and there, we had a great time. Would def recommend and will go again.

Everything was perfect! Went for my sisters birthday and she had a wonderful time. Fernando our server was great and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable on the dishes and gave us fantastic service. Omar, the manager, was very friendly and kept making sure we were okay. The place is nice, they open the dance floor after 10PM. There's coat check if you need it. A place to take pictures, screens with birthday wishes. They only let you sit on the dining tables if you are going order more than appetizers.

Great atmosphere, great music. We danced the night away. Drinks a little pricey and food was just ok.

Amazing food, and some good music to listen to waiters/ waitresses were really nice. Good place to eat with the family.

Comedy show was great! Clean, nice space, but at the wnd of the show, when I put my coat on,my full drink was removed without being asked from the table after the check was paid. That was not cool or sexy.

Live music is always great. Lighting was too bright in my opinion, especially during non-live music periods.

I have had this place bookmarked for a while so I was excited when a friend decided to do her birthday dinner here. Unfortunately I wish we had a better experience. This place is huge ! It was pretty impossible to get a drink at the bar. It took us over an hour to be seated though we had made a reservation for a birthday party and of course we were seated in the middle of everything which was horrible as 2 chairs had to be added to the end and we were the first both by the bar. So everyone danced on my back the entire night. The appetizers came out quickly and were great but the entrees weren't good at all. There were 8 of us and not 1 person finished their actual meal. The meats just weren't seasoned or cooked properly. Besides the drinks and apps this place isn't good for a full meal. unfortunately I probably won't be returning,

Fernando was amazing!!! The food, never fails, is on point! Delicious and fresh. The drinks are so worth it. This is our go to place for Halloween every year. Love this place!

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH our server Fernando was AMAZING the manager Omar was the best. I love how clean grown & sexy it is ..makes me so happy. The food was delicious!! I cant wait to come back...simply the best place in the Bronx!!
